Project background

Shuizi River in Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, is a tributary of the Xiangjiang River, belonging to the Wujiang River system of the Yangtze River Basin. Due to the discharge of domestic sewage from residents around the river, a large amount of sewage from the shrimp River enters the Xiangjiang River. Xiangjiang River is the mother river of Zunyi people. In order to prevent the mother river from being polluted, the city management and environmental protection departments of Honggrang District jointly carried out comprehensive water environment renovation action to continuously improve the water quality of the Xiangjiang River and create a green landscape environment for the citizens.

    Project overview

In July 2017, China Water Environment Group, the general construction unit of the emergency treatment project of shrimp Zihe sewage outlet in Honggrang District, signed a construction contract and an operation service contract with Lvheng Science and Technology for not less than one year. Lvheng Science and Technology is fully responsible for the supply, installation and commissioned operation of 25,000 m < sup > 3 / D emergency sewage treatment station.

The project uses five GreenEver high-efficiency non-power sewage purifiers with self-circulating high-density suspended sludge filtration technology as the core, complete dosing and sludge dewatering equipment, and the total operating power of the system is about 110 kW. The construction address is terraced with 480m < sup > 2  usable area and 400m < sup > 2  usable area.

The company leaders attach great importance to the construction quality and progress of the first project in Guizhou Province, and specially appoint experienced project managers and engineers to participate in the construction of the project. Civil engineering started on July 17. From July 27 to August, all the main equipment and materials arrived at the site in batches and cross-construction and installation. In order to ensure the timely completion of the construction plan, the site Project Department overcomes the practical difficulties such as rainy days, complex surrounding hoisting and installation environment, and many obstacles. It formulates reasonable plans, organizes 24-hour continuous construction in shifts, completes all the installation work on August 16, and successfully completes the system linkage debugging and operation at one time.

Up to now, the emergency sewage treatment station has been operating normally for nearly four months. It has received nearly 30 visits and social supervision from competent departments at provincial, municipal and district levels, people's congresses, CPPCC and other relevant leading units. A large number of pollutants entering the shrimp River Basin have been reduced, and good social and environmental benefits have been achieved. It will escort Honggrang District to achieve the goal of "successfully establishing a national ecological civilization construction demonstration zone in 2018".
